This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Execute clerical and administrative duties associated with Accounts Payable, which include supplier statement reconciliations, processing staff expenses, reconciling corporate credit cards, and general ledger schedule reconciliations.
• Accurately and promptly process supplier invoices, ensuring appropriate general ledger and departmental coding.
• Conduct 3-way matching (invoice, purchase order, and goods received) prior to payment processing.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of supplier statements and follow up on any discrepancies or unaccounted invoices.
• Prepare and execute scheduled supplier payment runs (EFT/cheque) for review and authorization.
• Maintain and update creditor master files, which include supplier setup and verification of bank details.
• Address supplier inquiries swiftly and professionally.
• Conduct general ledger and accounts payable reconciliations.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
• Recommend process improvements wherever applicable.
• Equipment must be self-supplied.
• Computer RAM: 8GB.
• CPU/Processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (12th generation or newer).
• HDD/SSD: 512 GB.
• Operating System: Windows 11 Home or Pro.
• Accessories: Power Backup options include Powestation, Powerbank, UPS, etc.
• Extra Display: Secondary/External Monitor.
• Audio & Video: Noise-Cancelling Headset plus Webcam.
• Internet: Minimum bandwidth speed of 40-50 Mbps for both Download and Uploads.
