Accounts Payable Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Overseeing all elements of the accounts payable operations

• Recording financial information to support the maintenance of accounting and statistical records

• Generating reports that summarize and project business activities

• Standardizing and optimizing work procedures

• Ensuring payments are processed accurately and on time

• Committed to achieving high levels of satisfaction for both internal and external customers

⛳️ Requirements

• A flexible, enjoyable, and energetic demeanor

• At least five years of experience in full-cycle accounts payable review and analysis

• In-depth knowledge of accounts payable business processes

• Strong experience with ERP systems is essential

• Capability to analyze, create, and implement solutions to operational process challenges

• Compliance with SOX standards and protocols

• Proven analytical problem-solving skills, including the capacity to proactively identify issues and solutions

• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary

• Professional demeanor in both appearance and conduct

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
