This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take charge of the accounts payable process to ensure that financial operations are conducted smoothly and accurately.
• Provide support to a dynamic finance team by processing invoices, monitoring expenses, and guaranteeing timely vendor payments.
• Contribute significantly to the maintenance of financial accuracy, adherence to compliance, and operational effectiveness.
• Accurately and efficiently process vendor invoices, credit card transactions, and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of vendor obligations while maintaining appropriate documentation.
• Resolve discrepancies by collaborating with vendors and internal departments.
• Keep precise financial records and support audit-ready documentation practices.
• Assist in enhancing accounts payable workflows and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Undertake additional accounting support tasks as assigned.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or accounting support.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software; experience with NetSuite is advantageous.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas.
• Exceptional attention to detail, focusing on accuracy and data integrity.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and resolve problems independently.
• Preferably experienced in ERP systems or in a corporate accounting setting.
• High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential financial information.
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
