This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Process a high volume of supplier invoices for designated entities and regions, adhering to applicable local regulations and global Accounts Payable procedures.
• Manage and process Travel & Expense (T&E) claims in accordance with company guidelines.
• Ensure that invoices are accurately coded and approved in compliance with company policies.
• Verify invoice information, including appropriate tax treatment, compliance with invoicing standards, and documentation requirements based on the relevant jurisdiction.
• Address supplier inquiries and promptly resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain precise and current vendor records.
• Support payment runs, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate any outstanding items.
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to Accounts Payable.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various countries and departments.
• Bachelor's degree required, along with over 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable, finance administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in both English and the local language.
• Experience working with multiple entities, currencies, and diverse market or regional requirements.
• Familiarity with regional or international Accounts Payable processes is preferred, with a willingness to learn jurisdiction-specific requirements as necessary.
• Understanding of Accounts Payable principles, invoice compliance standards, and tax concepts relevant to the supported markets.
• Experience with invoice processing or expense management tools (such as Concur) would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite in a regional or global finance setting would be advantageous.
• Experience within a Contract Research Organization (CRO), life sciences, shared services, or an international organization would be a plus.
