Accounts Payable Coordinator – Marketing, Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Invoice Processing: Evaluate and manage a substantial volume of vendor invoices and payments across various locations and entities, ensuring adherence to company policies.

• Account Reconciliation: Solicit vendor account statements, conduct reconciliations, and investigate and rectify any inconsistencies to uphold accurate financial records.

• Vendor Communication: Engage with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to address billing discrepancies and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

• Financial Reporting Support: Aid in the month-end and year-end financial closing processes, which includes generating and distributing billing reports to stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Accounting Knowledge: 2–3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting, with a strong grasp of fundamental accounting principles.

• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Excel and familiar with financial software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Mediaocean, or Strata.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with vendors and internal teams.

• Organizational Abilities: Detail-oriented and adept at multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

• Availability for UK Time Zone

• Experience with AI is required.
