This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee daily operations of accounts payable.
• Handle and reconcile transactions related to corporate cards.
• Collaborate with vendors for billing and maintaining records.
• Assist in the integration of payment data across various platforms.
• Work alongside business owners to onboard new vendors.
• Address payment inquiries from both internal and external parties.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable.
• Practical experience with the procure-to-pay process.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume settings.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of accounts payable fundamentals.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with non-finance stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Zip, Ramp, and/or Brex is a plus.
