Accounts Payable Clerk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Accurately enter and code invoices through various bill payment systems, ensuring all necessary documentation is supplied.

• Record banking and credit card transactions in the accounting software.

• Consistently reconcile multiple bank and credit card accounts.

• Work collaboratively with vendors to resolve inquiries and discrepancies via inbound calls.

• Evaluate monthly accounts payable trends to pinpoint any missing transactions and invoices.

• Support the preparation of monthly accrual entries.

• Create and post additional journal entries as needed.

• Complete all assigned Finance cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounts payable position.

• Reliable and punctual attendance history.

• Process-oriented with a strong focus on detail.

• Commitment to deadlines and accountability for responsibilities.

• Effective skills in prioritization, organization, and multitasking.

• Quick learner of new software and systems, ensuring accuracy in their application.

• High energy and a strong goal-oriented approach.

• Familiarity with Sage Financial software is advantageous.

• Experience with Salesforce and Bill.com is beneficial.

• Proficient in Excel, G-Suite, and the Microsoft Office suite.
