This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Verify and approve invoices accurately prior to payment, ensuring correct pricing and compliance with company policies.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and vendors to resolve any discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders (POs), and item receipts.
• Timely prepare and process payments, ensuring vendors receive the correct amounts while taking advantage of early payment discounts.
• Monitor and apply vendor credits for open balances, returns, rebalances, and warranties, keeping all accounts current.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient financial transactions.
• Conduct monthly reviews of vendor statements to identify and resolve any outstanding balances or discrepancies.
• Enter and maintain accurate financial records using NetSuite, ensuring data integrity and adherence to accounting standards.
• Address vendor and co-worker inquiries promptly and professionally, providing clear solutions as necessary.
• High school diploma or its international equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar financial operations role.
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with financial systems.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify discrepancies, verify information, and ensure financial accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of proficiency in English for effective interaction with vendors and internal teams.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a strong ability to troubleshoot and efficiently resolve payment-related issues.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent organization.
