This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the AP inbox; promptly review and respond to incoming emails.

• Notify the appropriate team member about discrepancies or missing information via email.

• Monitor outstanding items until they are resolved.

• Accurately enter invoice and payment information into the TMS in a timely manner.

• Verify transaction accuracy; identify and highlight mismatches, duplicates, or absent fields.

• Keep records of Notice of Assignment and Letter of Release updated within the system.

• Acquire knowledge of the Ascend platform to assist with AP processes (training will be provided).

• Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Excel confidently on a daily basis.

• Organize digital records, maintain consistent naming conventions, and ensure supporting documents are filed appropriately.

• Assist the finance team with additional administrative responsibilities as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; coursework in accounting or finance is advantageous.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry is essential.

• Capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Strong and professional written communication skills are required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.

• Confident in both written and spoken English.

• Willingness to work U.S. business hours (night shift, PH-based).

• Prior experience in accounts payable, data entry, or administrative support is preferred.

• Familiarity with TMS or Ascend systems is a plus.

• Background in logistics, transportation, or factoring/finance industries is preferred.
