Accounts Payable Analyst – Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist leaders with daily responsibilities, ensuring adherence to municipal and state tax requirements in line with current laws.

• Communicate with tax authorities to address inquiries, resolve pending issues, and facilitate problem-solving.

• Analyze legislation and offer guidance to the team.

• Deliver technical support to internal departments and aid in audits and inspections.

• Suggest process enhancements in collaboration with the IT department.

• Remain informed about legal updates, train new staff, organize digital documentation, and carry out related tasks as needed by the department.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth understanding of municipal, state, and federal regulations.

• Familiarity with tax routines and processes.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

• Proficiency in systems such as Mastersaf, GB, Opera, OnBase, and Sênior.

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.

• Basic proficiency in English.

• Minimum educational requirement: Completed Technical Course (Vocational).
