
Accounts Officer – MYOB to Xero Migration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee and facilitate the complete migration process from MYOB to Xero.
• Employ migration tools such as Jet Convert and MMC Convert (preferred).
• Clean, validate, and ensure precise transfer of accounting data.
• Organize and configure over 4,000 inventory SKUs within Xero.
• Review pricing structures, tax codes, stock information, and inventory records.
• Reconcile accounts both before and after the migration process.
• Manage records related to suppliers, customers, invoices, and purchases.
• Assist in BAS preparation, GST coding, and compliance verification.
• Identify and rectify discrepancies, duplicates, and data inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to guarantee a seamless transition.
• Offer bookkeeping and system support following migration.
• Demonstrated experience in Australian bookkeeping/accounting.
• Solid working knowledge of MYOB and Xero.
• Prior experience with system migrations (mandatory).
• Familiarity with using Jet Convert and/or MMC Convert (highly preferred).
• Comprehensive understanding of BAS, GST, PAYG, and Australian compliance regulations.
• Experience in businesses with inventory and high SKU counts.
• Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong data accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and capability to work autonomously.
