Accounts Generalist – Trade Documentation Controller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete daily accounting process, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

• Create sales invoices in multiple currencies and monitor incoming payments.

• Prepare and deliver documentation to international banking institutions.

• Reconcile incoming foreign wire transfers and oversee credit management.

• Validate invoices from overseas suppliers and assess landed costs.

• Prepare necessary shipping documentation and ensure adherence to regional customs regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, International Business, or Supply Chain Management.

• 3 to 5 years of combined experience in managing AR/AP accounting and practical import/export documentation in a trading or manufacturing setting.

• Proficiency in multi-currency accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books & Zoho Inventory).

• Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020, customs clearance processes, and banking instruments such as Letters of Credit (LCs) and Bank Guarantees.
