Account/Project Manager, Copywriter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Act as the main liaison for designated clients, fostering robust relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.

• Oversee multiple projects concurrently, from initial concept to final execution, guaranteeing timely completion and compliance with set parameters.

• Create project timelines, assign resources, and monitor progress to achieve project objectives.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (designers, developers, etc.) to facilitate smooth project execution.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients and provide updates, proactively addressing any issues or modifications in scope.

• Manage budgets effectively to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.

• Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and reports for both internal stakeholders and clients.

• Craft clear, engaging, and persuasive content for diverse platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and others.

• Ensure that all content aligns with the brand voice and resonates with the intended audiences.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather insights and develop messaging that supports marketing strategies.

• Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

• Conduct research to gain insights into industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.

• Adjust writing style to accommodate various formats and audiences, ranging from formal business communications to creative marketing content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in account/project management, preferably within an agency or marketing context.

• Strong copywriting and editing abilities with a portfolio showcasing versatility in tone and format.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Basecamp) and copywriting tools (e.g., Grammarly, WordPress, etc.).

• Ability to think strategically and creatively to address challenges and fulfill client needs.

• Preferred Skills: Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.

• Familiarity with digital marketing best practices, including SEO, email marketing, and social media strategies.

• Basic knowledge of graphic design or video production is advantageous.

• Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements: Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.

• Backup internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.

• Backup connection must support work during power outages.

• Primary Device: Desktop or laptop with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.

• A minimum of 8 GB RAM.

• Backup Device: Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor. Must be operational during power interruptions.

• A functioning webcam.

• A noise-canceling USB headset.

• A quiet, dedicated home office space.
