This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Drive visibility and distribution by identifying key venues, decision-makers, and opportunities to enhance Au Vodka's presence in your region.

• Ensure strong product visibility, secure menu listings, and maintain a high rate of sale across various accounts.

• Execute activations, point-of-sale placements, and innovative in-venue strategies.

• Build and manage long-lasting relationships with venue owners, managers, and buyers.

• Establish yourself as a reliable partner by providing insights, ideas, and solutions to promote mutual growth.

• Negotiate effectively to secure placements and optimize commercial returns.

• Work towards defined sales targets, key performance indicators, and growth objectives.

• Monitor performance, report insights, and consistently seek ways to enhance results.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.

• Represent Au Vodka in the market during both day and night.

• Provide brand education, product knowledge, and category insights to accounts.

• Identify trends, opportunities, and cultural shifts within your region.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in hospitality, nightlife, or a commercial field role.

• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

• A commercial mindset with a focus on achieving results.

• Highly organized with the capability to manage your own territory.

• Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

• Valid driving license (B).

• Residing in Rotterdam or Eindhoven.

• Fluent in Dutch – essential.

• Basic level of English – essential.
