This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• You will manage the entire sales process with support from Inside Sales and technical colleagues.
• As an Account Manager, you are a key figure in our growing company.
• You serve as the trusted advisor to your clients, collaborating with them on long-term partnerships.
• You manage your clients through up-selling and cross-selling in projects and managed services.
• You identify opportunities with potential clients, actively building your own client portfolio with new logos.
• You maintain control of your sales pipeline from start to finish.
• To achieve success, you work with our Architects to develop optimization plans that ensure quality, service, and cost reduction for the client.
• After the sales phase, you oversee the implementation process while remaining the primary point of contact for the client.
• With your drive and entrepreneurial spirit, you schedule your own appointments and ensure a well-filled agenda.
• You have a strong sales track record in a B2B environment, preferably in consultancy and/or IT-related fields.
• A passion for ICT is essential, and knowledge of ICT is a significant asset.
• You possess a results-oriented commercial drive, strong empathy, and a persistent mentality.
• You are comfortable conversing with both IT managers and CEOs.
• You are eager to engage in prospecting and derive genuine excitement from it.
• You have resilience under stress, discipline, and negotiation skills are second nature to you.
• You are computer literate and can quickly switch between various applications.
• You will be assigned a focus region but must be flexible with travel to clients as well as attendance at our HQ in Turnhout.
• Additionally, you are fluent in Dutch and very proficient in French and English.
