Accounting Technology Trainer – Latam

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement training programs focused on accounting software and reporting tools for users and clients.

• Clarify and showcase the practical applications of AI-driven features in accounting and reporting systems.

• Produce training resources (manuals, tutorials, video recordings, presentations) tailored for various user proficiency levels.

• Offer post-training assistance to users and clients regarding tool utilization.

• Collect user feedback to pinpoint further training requirements and enhance existing materials.

• Collaborate with product, support, and training teams to remain updated on new features and platform enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional with substantial experience in accounting technology and software.

• Practical understanding of AI and reporting tools used in accounting.

• Experience in creating and presenting training sessions for users or clients (a CPA license is not mandatory).

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
