Accounting Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Primarily concentrates on the Accounts Payable (A/P) segment of our department, ensuring that all vendor charges are accurately recorded and settled.

• Manages and inputs all vendor invoices into Commonsku and organizes them for payment processing to A/P.

• Monitors all vendor credits, rebates, and marketing funds.

• Applies, monitors, and reports on all sales sample expenditures in comparison to budgets, and concludes all sample projects on a quarterly basis.

• Allocates all expenses from our China team to the respective projects and processes them for payment.

• Assigns all freight costs to the appropriate projects and authorizes them for payment.

• Collaborates closely with our Finance team, China team, and local promotional team to audit and identify solutions for discrepancies within the system.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or General Accounting, or equivalent qualifications.

• Excellent verbal, written, and communication abilities in English.

• Capacity to work overnight or graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during US operational hours.

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel is essential, including pivot tables, lookups, and report generation.

• Familiarity with accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant platforms.
