• Engage directly with clients to address accounting and software support inquiries through phone, email, or chat.

• Contribute to quality assurance testing for new software releases.

• Transfer or escalate issues to other team members as necessary.

• Utilize HubSpot help desk software to document tickets and resolutions.

• Submit software development requests and report bugs to the development team on users' behalf.

• Assist in planning and coordinating user communications as needed.

• Conduct data integrity GL reconciliations for clients when required.

• Capacity to manage high volumes of work and thrive under pressure.

• Experience in supporting accounting or other business operations software.

• Familiarity with personal computers and desktop printer support.
