This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Preparation of accounting documentation for the tax advisor
• Main point of contact for the tax advisor
• Issuing outgoing invoices and reviewing both incoming and outgoing invoices
• Communication with suppliers and customers
• Overseeing payments and banking transactions
• Preparation and analysis of KPIs, statistics, and reports
• General administrative responsibilities
• Providing executive assistance and support to management
• Experience or knowledge in accounting
• Completed vocational training in commerce or business
• Excellent proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken)
• Knowledge of Italian is an advantage
• Structured and independent working approach
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Flexible part-time position (20–35 hours/week)
