Accounting Specialist, Global

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage accounts payable processes, primarily collaborating with English-speaking vendors.

• Assist the Finance team with regular account reconciliations and analytical tasks.

• Act as the primary contact for Finance-related inquiries from team members and external requests, which includes managing internal Finance intranet pages and the Finance inbox.

• Record journal entries and perform balance sheet account reconciliations to facilitate the month-end closing process.

• Clarify changes in account activity.

• Enhance internal controls and process improvements to reduce risk and ensure adherence to financial policies.

• Comply with all organizational policies and procedures.

• Execute any additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.

• Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Familiarity with general accounting principles.
