Accounting Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for IE and TB Clients

• Manage the AP/AR Inboxes

• Adhere to Company Guidelines and maintain Confidentiality at all times

• Communicate with clients daily through email

• Process daily client payments

• Remit payments to vendors on a biweekly basis or as necessary

• Enter invoices for TB into QuickBooks on a daily basis

• Input bills for IE- Syncore daily

• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop is required

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or General Accounting, or an equivalent background

• Excellent verbal, written, and English communication abilities

• Capability to work overnight or graveyard shifts aligned with Philippine time or within US operating hours

• Proficient in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software

• Strong expertise in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas

• Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop/Online with at least 2 years of experience

• Comprehensive understanding of accounts payable principles, accounting standards, and account reconciliation

• High accuracy in financial records and meticulous attention to detail in all job aspects

• Ability to manage and prioritize various tasks to meet payment deadlines

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is advantageous but not mandatory
