• Gathers data for dashboards related to process and reconciliation metrics.

• Supports audits by supplying necessary records and documentation.

• Ensures the presence of adequate and updated process documentation and desktop procedures.

• Aids in quality initiatives and guides the quality verification team.

• Engages in first-level tasks and quality assessments.

• Carries out additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Adheres to all policies and standards.
