Accounting Project Manager – TPE/PME Tool Deployment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee the configuration and various stages of implementation during deployment projects.

• Ensure that clients' business requirements align with Pennylane's features.

• Provide ongoing product expertise and serve as the functional lead for specific modules.

• Conduct client-specific training and facilitate team upskilling.

• Address inquiries during the rollout and suggest alternative solutions when needed.

• Advocate for the client's perspective and usage to internal teams while sharing insights with colleagues.

• Cultivate the ability to independently manage implementations for a client portfolio and navigate increasingly complex situations.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8 years of accounting experience within the finance department of SMEs/SMIs or in an accounting firm.

• Preferred qualifications include DCG (French accounting diploma), BTS in Accounting and Management, BTS SME Management Assistant, or a Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management.

• Comfortable collaborating with executives and providing advice to clients.

• Strong enthusiasm for technology and familiarity with market FinTech solutions.

• Excellent skills in collaboration, adaptability, and prioritization within a dynamic environment.

• Operational proficiency in English is a plus, depending on the team.

• Position available for remote work from mainland France.
