Accounting Operations Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Process and accurately categorize multi-currency bank transactions.

• Maintain precise records of transactions along with supporting documentation.

• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and investigate any discrepancies.

• Verify account balances and ensure the completeness of financial documentation.

• Manage and analyze extensive transaction datasets utilizing Excel.

• Assist in month-end closing activities through transaction review and reconciliation.

• Aid in financial reporting by delivering accurate and well-organized data.

• Monitor transaction flows and detect any anomalies or inconsistencies.

• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to guarantee compliance with internal controls and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in processing financial transactions.

• Knowledge of bank reconciliations and account balance verification.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including handling large datasets, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when managing financial data.

• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in transactions.

• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial record-keeping.
