Accounting Operations Analyst, Accounts Payable

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in procure-to-pay operations by managing vendor data and facilitating onboarding processes.

• Ensure the accuracy of accounting records while contributing to process enhancements.

• Supervise vendor lifecycle management in collaboration with the Accounting Manager.

• Guarantee the timely and precise execution of accounting-related responsibilities.

• Conduct OFAC and TIN matching procedures.

• Evaluate and categorize invoices received in the accounts payable inbox.

• Aid in the creation and maintenance of process documentation, including both internal documents and those meant for Zapier.

• You possess foundational experience in accounting, procurement, or accounts payable, backed by relevant education or practical experience.
