This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Support financial analysis by analyzing financial data, recognizing trends, and generating reports to aid in decision-making.
• Engage in budgeting and forecasting efforts, delivering precise and timely financial information.
• Maintain and update the books of accounts accurately (Journal, Ledger).
• Gather daily, weekly, and monthly employee timesheets.
• Compute employee work hours.
• Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Utilize a quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at both the team and individual levels.
• Input new employee information into the company’s database.
• Collaborate closely with the HR Manager to gather the necessary data for implementing performance management and improvement systems and programs by the HR Department.
• Contribute to the implementation of regulatory compliance and reporting.
• Participate in the development and documentation of policies.
• Aid in facilitating effective communication between the company and its employees.
• Assist in the execution of programs focused on employee safety, welfare, and wellness education.
• Oversee formats and uphold quality standards.
• Address employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and deductions.
• Distribute payment statements.
• Attend meetings with senior executives.
• Communicate and conduct transactions with various providers.
• Actively seek out providers that can enhance and automate the company’s financial processes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Accounting Management, Business Administration, Financial Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of accounting-related experience.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Payroll Accountant.
• Proficient understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Knowledgeable in manual bookkeeping: maintaining non-digital journals and ledgers by hand to track receivable and payable accounts (Books of Accounts).
• Experience in processing salaries for 80 to 100 employees.
• Familiarity with Labor Laws.
• High integrity and ability to manage confidential information.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Creative mindset and strong writing skills.
• Capable of effectively interacting with individuals at all levels.
• Detail-oriented.
• Strong capability to execute tasks while managing multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines.
• Ability to thrive with minimal supervision, demonstrate proactivity, and manage uncertainty.
• Must be adaptable to change and able to set and adjust priorities as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word - intermediate | Excel - expert).
