This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Conduct audits and analyze functional requirements: Collaborate with the Partner Solutions Architect to plan, prepare, and facilitate meetings with accounting firms, from the kickoff phase to the post-implementation review (Retex), which includes briefings, scoping sessions, and debriefs.
• Oversee migration project management: Work alongside the Partner Solutions Architect to ensure that migrations adhere to a clear, defined path for all stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Assist with business preparation and configuration: Help configure Pennylane solutions to align with clients' existing business processes, collaborating closely with technical teams.
• Provide integration and post-migration support: Partner with technical teams to ensure that interfaces and integrations function according to business requirements.
• Execute acceptance testing and post-migration analysis: Carry out intermediate and final functional tests to confirm that solutions fulfill business needs.
• Drive business process automation and optimization: Identify and prioritize automation requirements and processes that need to be implemented or improved.
• Manage and evolve data solutions: Recognize and escalate, based on field feedback, the data requirements that will enhance project insights.
• Engage in research and development: Maintain monitoring of products and business to ensure the continuous delivery of relevant features.
• Collaborate across front and back teams: Grasp the issues and tasks of the PSS - Back team and be prepared to intervene in production as needed.
• Educational background in accounting (IUT GEA, BTS CGO, DCG, DSCG, Master CCA).
• Experience working in an accounting firm, preferably with previous migration project exposure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with accountants in a clear and professional manner.
• Ability to comprehend and respond to client needs, provide outstanding service, and foster strong client relationships.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility to adjust to rapid tool advancements.
• Eagerness to learn and remain updated on product developments.
• English proficiency level A2.
• Familiarity with the startup environment (considered a plus).
• English proficiency level B1 (considered a plus).
• Teaching abilities and strong summarization/synthesis skills (considered a plus).
