Accounting Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the migration of Owner's ERP system from QuickBooks Online to an AI-driven platform.

• Establish inventory management and COGS accounting within the ERP framework.

• Create a robust international accounting structure.

• Recognize and implement AI/automation solutions in reconciliations, closing tasks, and reporting processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting.

• Proficient in inventory accounting and COGS for businesses dealing with physical goods.

• Proven expertise with accounting systems and their integrations.

• Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency, and intercompany accounting.

• CPA certification is preferred; a blend of public accounting and high-growth in-house experience is highly valued.

• Possess a builder's mindset: capable of operating without a predefined framework, developing policies from fundamental principles, and creating the standard operating procedures that your team adheres to.
