This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Guide, mentor, and coach onboarding personnel and new employees.

• Facilitate training sessions, walkthroughs, and live coaching on U.S. bookkeeping methods and best practices.

• Strategically allocate onboarding projects and bookkeeping responsibilities to foster employee growth.

• Examine work prior to client submission to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and quality.

• Offer continual performance feedback and coaching.

• Oversee the comprehensive onboarding procedure for new bookkeeping clients.

• Ensure that books are accurate and clean, and that accounting systems are properly set up before client transition to production.

• Coordinate timelines for client onboarding, assignments, and project completions.

• Review reconciliations, financial statements, and relevant documentation.

• Lead bookkeeping cleanup initiatives, catch-up bookkeeping, implementations of accounting systems, and software migrations as necessary.

• Take part in client onboarding meetings and deliver outstanding client service.

• Continuously enhance onboarding processes for improved efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

• Over 5 years of experience in U.S. bookkeeping.

• Prior experience in leadership or people management.

• In-depth knowledge of QuickBooks Online.

• Experience in a U.S. bookkeeping, accounting, or CPA firm.

• Strong grasp of month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail.

• Capability to handle multiple clients, projects, and deadlines concurrently.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
