This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist with billing, invoicing, and administrative tasks related to projects.
• Keep digital records organized, along with compliance documentation and tracking systems.
• Facilitate the collection and follow-up of documentation from vendors and subcontractors.
• Organize and track receipts, invoices, and project files efficiently.
• Prepare regular reports and documentation to support billing processes.
• Aid in maintaining operational spreadsheets and accounting-related records.
• Support initiatives related to employee engagement and company culture.
• Assist with internal communications and efforts to recognize employees.
• Research and coordinate company events and team-building activities.
• Help with organizing event logistics, RSVPs, and associated planning materials.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to consistently manage recurring processes and ensure follow-through.
• Comfortable coordinating follow-ups with both internal and external partners.
• Self-motivated and dependable while working in a remote environment.
• Strong written communication abilities.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and cloud-based systems.
• Experience with QuickBooks, Slack, Egnyte, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Previous experience in accounting support, bookkeeping, administrative coordination, virtual assistance, or operations support is preferred.
