This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Utilize computers equipped with accounting software to record, store, and analyze data.
• Verify documents for accuracy and proper entry.
• Take ownership of effectively researching, tracking, and resolving documentation issues and discrepancies, or appropriately referring them.
• Execute essential responsibilities in a timely manner.
• Maintain consistent communication with other departments to gather and share information and/or rectify transactions.
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.
• Carry out general office tasks, including filing and routine correspondence.
• Complete special projects and various assignments as needed.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Capable of managing multiple tasks, highly organized, and possesses strong time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-up skills.
• Highly reliable, punctual, and consistent in work performance.
• Open to receiving guidance and willing to learn.
• Flexible and self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships across all levels of the organization (peers, teams, customers, supervisors).
