This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Ensure precise financial records and maintain bookkeeping documentation.
• Oversee and refresh QuickBooks entries and transactions.
• Aid in the coordination of payroll and financial reporting activities.
• Assist with invoicing, billing, and tracking of expenses.
• Supervise invoices, payments, and operational expenditures.
• Support reconciliations and the organization of financial records.
• Collaborate with leadership on operational financial updates and reporting requirements.
• Help generate financial reports and operational summaries.
• Contribute to process enhancements related to bookkeeping and financial coordination.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting coordination, or financial administration.
• Proficient experience with QuickBooks is essential.
• Experience in supporting payroll, invoicing, expense management, and bookkeeping processes.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication and administrative coordination abilities.
• Comfortable managing sensitive financial data with confidentiality.
• Highly dependable, process-oriented, and organized with effective follow-through.
• Able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• This role is available to candidates located in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe.
• Candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours, aligned with the client’s time zone.
