This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Review and process client contracts within internal systems
• Extract and input essential contract information (company names, billing details, terms, dates)
• Ensure contract data is precise and complies with internal standards and formats
• Apply fundamental contract logic (e.g., verifying start/end dates, aligning billing)
• Identify and rectify inaccuracies in contract or billing information
• Assist in maintaining the accuracy of invoice and payment-related data (Accounts Receivable support)
• Utilize tools such as Slack, Google Sheets, Gmail, and internal platforms for daily operations
• Report issues or discrepancies to the team as necessary
• Background in contract processing, data entry, accounting, or operations
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable handling structured data and adhering to instructions/SOPs
• Basic knowledge of billing, contracts, or AR processes is advantageous
• Strong communication skills and a responsible, dependable work ethic
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proficient with Google Sheets and email applications
• Nice to Have
• Experience in QA, finance, legal operations, or customer operations
• Familiarity with SaaS or B2B contract settings
