Accounting Clerk – Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Evaluating invoices for precision and completeness

• Inputting accounting data into Applied Epic

• Reconciling accounts to maintain data integrity

• Generating internal invoices for processing

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in accounting or clerical roles

• Practical experience in processing accounts payable invoices

• Practical experience in accounts receivable billing and invoicing

• Practical experience in conducting account reconciliations

• Proficiency in using spreadsheets (Excel and/or Google Sheets) for accounting tasks

• English proficiency at CEFR C1 level (both spoken and written)

• Availability to work during Eastern Time (EST) business hours

• Remote work setup with a reliable internet connection, backup options, suitable power arrangements, and necessary work equipment

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Applied Epic for insurance accounting
