This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Supervise the processing of invoices and payments.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure the vendor database is current.
• Accountable for pertinent accounts payable reporting.
• Post credits and billings for real estate agents.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Onboard and offboard Advisors.
• Conduct basic accounting-related reporting.
• Assist with requirements for month-end closing.
• Participate in special projects, such as year-end closings or general administrative tasks.
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of one year of experience in an accounting clerk, accounts payable, or accounts receivable position.
• Excellent verbal, written, and English communication abilities.
• Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and similar functionalities.
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools, including QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant applications.
• Experience in residential real estate brokerage is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Capability to work overnight/graveyard shifts on Philippine time or during US business hours.
