Accounting Auxiliary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• You support the timely and accurate recording of daily accounting operations.

• You classify and record supporting documents for income, expenses, and costs.

• You assist in reconciling accounting and subsidiary accounts.

• You help prepare information for monthly accounting closings.

• You verify the proper filing and safekeeping of accounting documents.

• You assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities as needed.

• You address internal requests from the accounting department.

• You support any accounting processes of the company whenever required.

• You perform any other functions assigned by your immediate superior that correspond to the nature of the position.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are a Technician in Accounting, Accounting and Financial Management, Administration, or related fields.

• You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting processes.

• You possess a basic level of Excel skills.
