Accounting, Automation – Mini Job

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist with daily operational accounting activities

• Organize and prepare invoices, receipts, and payments

• Maintain and optimize our digital accounting systems

• Aid in the automation of repetitive tasks

• Collaborate with our internal team and external partners

• Proactively recommend methods to enhance processes for efficiency and clarity

• Document procedures to ensure knowledge is shared and not confined to individual memory

• Prior experience in accounting, finance, administration, or office management is advantageous but not mandatory
