
Accounting Assistant, Back Office Responsibilities

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Take charge of bookkeeping responsibilities.
• Prepare bookkeeping documentation for the tax advisor.
• Act as the main point of contact for the tax advisor.
• Generate outgoing invoices and review both incoming and outgoing invoices.
• Communicate with suppliers and customers.
• Manage payment transactions.
• Prepare and analyze key performance indicators, statistics, and reports.
• Perform general administrative duties.
• Support the management/executive team with administrative tasks.
• Experience or knowledge in bookkeeping/accounting along with a completed commercial (business) vocational qualification or its equivalent.
• Proficient in both German and English (written and spoken) is a must.
• Knowledge of Italian is considered a plus.
• Ability to work in a structured and independent manner.
• Skilled in MS Office applications.
• Flexible part-time role (20–35 hours/week).
