This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist in the processing of invoices, applying payments, managing transactions for vendors and customers, and reconciling accounts.
• Create, update, and maintain customer accounts within the accounting or ERP system, ensuring that all information is accurate and current.
• Aid in the establishment and management of customer contracts, verifying billing terms, pricing structures, and renewal schedules.
• Generate invoices in accordance with contract terms and schedules; ensure timely delivery and accurate posting.
• Prepare and record journal entries, maintain appropriate documentation, and support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Organize and maintain financial records, reports, and files in alignment with internal policies and external regulations.
• Respond quickly to inquiries related to billing, payments, account status, and contract details, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes related to billing, account setup, contract management, and data accuracy, contributing to ongoing operational improvement.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative roles is preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software (preferably ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
• Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
• Ability to manage various priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and customer-focused demeanor.
• Experience with customer onboarding, contract management, or billing systems.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.
• Previous experience in the Hospitality Industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
