Accounting Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist with activities related to asset (fixed-asset) accounting;

• Record accounting transactions and support the accounting team with reconciliations of general ledger accounts;

• Aid in the management of fixed asset movements by confirming acquisition records and associated acquisition credits;

• Conduct inventory checks of fixed assets and attach identification labels to these items;

• Track and evaluate incoming invoices pertaining to fixed assets;

• Oversee the workflow for investment requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ongoing or completed undergraduate studies in Accounting or Financial Management;

• A foundational understanding of accounting regulations and fixed-asset management is a plus;

• Competent in MS Office, particularly with intermediate Excel skills.
