Accounting Analyst Mid/Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute accounting office tasks with technical independence and engage in process enhancements, workflow standardization, routine automation, and technology utilization.

• Conduct classification, journal entries, and account reconciliations.

• Prepare and review financial statements.

• Assist with the monthly accounting closing process.

• Analyze and submit ECD and ECF filings under the Presumed Profit regime (Lucro Presumido).

• Deliver accounting services and support to clients.

• Take part in the development, review, and improvement of accounting processes and workflows.

• Support automation initiatives and leverage technological tools.

• Organize documentation and manage accounting deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience with accounting office operations in an accounting firm.

• Currently enrolled in or have completed a degree in Accounting (Ciências Contábeis).

• Intermediate to advanced understanding of accounting procedures.

• Intermediate Excel proficiency.

• An analytical, organized, and proactive profile with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Familiarity with the SCI Novo Único Visual system (currently transitioning to a new domain).
