Accounting Analyst – Lending/Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Daily reconciliation of credit card transactions, which includes purchases, accrued interest, fees, and payments.

• Generating a daily delinquency report.

• Offering financial audit support to the Head of Accounting.

• Maintaining and updating reports on the employee bonus schedule and grant information.

• Assisting the Head of Accounting with month-end closing tasks, such as preparing card-related entries, supplying supporting documentation to the bookkeeper, and preparing monthly/quarterly investor reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in reconciling credit card transactions.

• Familiarity with month-end closing processes.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• High proficiency, speed, and accuracy in written communication.

• Clear fluency and good diction in English.

• Ability to work in US Pacific Time from 10 AM to 7 PM, including a 1-hour break.

• Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities.

• Experience with communication tools like ZenDesk, task management tools, Google Drive, and Email.

• Detail-oriented mindset, essential for accuracy in a financial services environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification is a plus.
