Accounting Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in activities concerning the oversight of the company’s property, plant, and equipment (fixed assets).

• Assist in the identification and monitoring of assets within the asset registry system.

• Assess and manage the residual (salvage) value of assets.

• Implement asset capitalization procedures.

• Conduct disposals and transfers of fixed assets.

• Generate comprehensive listings of fixed asset items.

• Reconcile detailed asset records with accounting entries.

• Address and track support tickets submitted in the Sydle system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed or in-progress Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Familiarity with asset control and management of fixed assets.

• Basic knowledge of account reconciliations.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Analytical mindset.

• Proficient in using asset management systems.

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proactive attitude and a solid sense of responsibility.

• Capability to organize tasks and adhere to deadlines.
