Accounting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute office accounting procedures with a high degree of technical independence.

• Engage in process enhancements, standardization of workflows, automation of tasks, and integration of technology.

• Conduct classification, journal entries, and account reconciliations.

• Prepare and assess financial statements.

• Assist with the monthly accounting closing process.

• Prepare and file ECD and ECF submissions (Lucro Presumido).

• Offer accounting support and guidance to clients.

• Contribute to the development, review, and enhancement of accounting processes and workflows.

• Aid in the automation of tasks and the application of technological tools.

• Organize documentation and oversee accounting deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust experience with accounting office procedures.

• Currently pursuing or possessing a degree in Accounting.

• Intermediate to advanced understanding of accounting routines.

• Intermediate skills in Excel.

• Analytical, organized, and proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Familiarity with SCI UNICO VISUAL / DOMINIO / GCLICK is an advantage.
