Accounting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assess, analyze, categorize, and document accounting entries

• Suggest enhancements to the accounting reconciliation processes

• Prepare comprehensive financial statements

• Calculate and ascertain taxation under the Actual Profit and Presumed Profit frameworks

• Fulfill additional accounting tax responsibilities, including ECD and ECF

• Provide support and assistance during external audits

• Engage actively in the implementation and enhancement of accounting systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a relevant technical qualification in Accounting

• Familiarity with filing ancillary tax declarations

• Preferred: Experience with RM TOTVS

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Strong background in accounting reconciliation and calculating Actual and Presumed Profit

• Knowledge of SPED Accounting and SPED Tax

• Experience supporting external audits is preferred
