This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Performs reconciliation of simple to moderately complex sub-ledger accounts and financial records; prepares analytical reports as required.
• Investigates, analyzes, coordinates, and monitors customer-related issues and challenges of simple to moderate complexity.
• Collaborates with business owners, clients, and suppliers to comprehend underlying business processes, ensuring the implementation of suitable system and internal controls.
• Conducts research and resolves discrepancies within general ledger accounts pertaining to the designated area of responsibility.
• Communicates and provides training on business processes for assigned areas as necessary.
• Engages in and/or leads teams focused on process enhancement, cost reduction, and problem resolution.
• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant analytical experience.
• Critical Thinking - Employs logic and reasoning to assess the strengths and weaknesses of various solutions, conclusions, or problem-solving approaches.
• Problem Solving - Identifies issues and reviews related information to develop, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
• Proficient in computer skills, including all Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Capable of diagnosing and analyzing problems while identifying and pursuing suitable solutions.
• Experience in facilitating meetings with high-level cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with mainframe systems, with Oracle experience preferred.
