Accounting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Execute billing tasks, including both single and bulk invoicing as per ART&MIS requests for English, foreign, and intercompany clients, alongside semiautomatic invoicing and AR accrual postings related to intercompany transactions.

• Manage master data by submitting requests for new codes, modifying existing codes, and unlocking codes or opening sales areas.

• Ensure that all documents are produced in accordance with established procedures and within agreed timelines.

• Carry out month-end closing activities with precision and punctuality, including the preparation of accruals.

• Guarantee adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA).

• Liaise with internal customers and business units as necessary to facilitate accurate resolution of queries.

• Adhere to all accounts receivable (AR) policies and procedures.

• Investigate, analyze, and resolve daily operational challenges.

• Engage in identifying and implementing opportunities for process enhancements.

• Maintain up-to-date and approved process documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Order to Cash (OTC).

• Proficient in English and Polish at a professional level (minimum B2).

• Competent in MS Office, particularly Excel.

• Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.

• Experience in process improvement, innovation, or transformation.

• High levels of motivation, proactivity, and adaptability.

• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
