This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Conduct bank reconciliations: perform daily and/or periodic reconciliations of bank accounts, identify discrepancies, and assist in investigating their causes;
• Manage tax reconciliations and fiscal processes: assist with tax reconciliations and related tax obligations. Verify balances, tax calculations, and payments based on documentation and systems to ensure compliance and integrity of fiscal and accounting data;
• Facilitate monthly accounting close and reporting: support the monthly accounting closure according to a pre-defined calendar. Ensure the accurate calculation and closing of the accounting accounts under your oversight;
• Provide support to other teams (accounting guidance): offer assistance to internal departments on accounting issues, advising them on their records and the proper classification of information. Review and validate received data to guarantee its integrity.
• A Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Accounting;
• Prior experience in accounting;
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite);
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency;
• Analytical and solution-focused mindset: capability to interpret data and propose solutions;
• Organizational and planning skills: maintain control over deadlines and priorities;
• Attention to detail: ensure precision in executing and reviewing tasks and operational requirements with agility, autonomy, and technical excellence;
• Effective communication skills: convey information clearly and objectively, both in writing and verbally;
