Accounting Advisor – Digital

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• You will facilitate client onboarding and provide software support by training clients on how to use our ComptaPlace platform.

• You will offer tailored accounting and tax advice to our clients.

• You will focus on client retention and satisfaction by actively listening to and addressing client feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience is required, preferably in accounting or taxation, as well as in process management or customer service.

• Proficiency in project management and process management tools is essential.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams across various functions.
