This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Manage follow-ups for accounts receivable and oversee collections.
• Accurately prepare and dispatch invoices in a timely manner.
• Monitor outstanding balances and keep well-organized records of payment statuses.
• Liaise with customers and vendors concerning billing inquiries.
• Assist the Accounting Manager with various administrative tasks.
• Maintain spreadsheets for tracking collections and accounts.
• Aid in data entry and documentation updates during transitional phases.
• Handle accounts receivable follow-ups and collections through professional email communication.
• Prepare and send invoices accurately and on time.
• Keep track of outstanding balances and maintain organized records of payment statuses.
• Communicate with customers and vendors regarding billing inquiries, payment reminders, and account updates.
• Support the Accounting Manager with assigned administrative and accounting-related tasks.
• Maintain spreadsheets and reporting documents for collections, invoicing, and account tracking.
• Monitor shared inboxes and ensure prompt responses to finance-related communications.
• Assist with data entry, reconciliation support, and documentation updates.
• Adapt to internal workflows and processes as instructed by the Accounting Manager.
• Provide administrative support during system transitions, including the upcoming integration with Salesforce.
• Experience in accounts receivable, collections, or invoicing support is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and database management is advantageous.
• Understanding of accounting workflows and financial documentation is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop).
• Familiarity with Salesforce (upcoming transition).
